Nicholas Clark
Nick has more than 25 years experience in the IT industry. Since starting his career in software development at Lever Brothers in 1984 he has held senior consulting and architecture positions at Digital Equipment Company, Compaq, HP and Unisys as well as working freelance advising start-up enterprises.
Nick has worked across a variety of industry sectors including finance and telecommunications advising on IT strategy and architecture at all levels and has led multi-million pound engagements ranging from complex integration projects to strategic business development and outsourcing programmes. His desire to improve, advance and innovate has seen him win worldwide excellence awards at Compaq and HP including coaching and mentoring others which he continues to do.
David Ferdinando
David has more than 35 years of business and IT experience. He successfully set up and managed a Data Communication business at Trafalgar House and has held senior project and programme management positions with Digital Equipment Company and several financial services organisations.
David has been involved in the formation of several businesses in recent years including Business Development Director at Cygnus Europe and lead consultant at 2Delta. David joined the Program Management Group to improve their implementation and consulting business and has been involved in setting up the public relations, communication and the fund-raising planning for a children’s charity, where he is currently retained as a strategic consultant.
David Wedge
David is an experienced consultant and Interim Manager. He has an extensive IT background across many sectors coupled with over 20 years of senior management experience. Management roles include a number of IT directorships and running a software house.
David has a strong track record of successful delivery, both in the UK and internationally, having worked for Investment banks in both London and New York and also run teams in Asia and mainland Europe. Specialties include the development and implementation of IT strategy; streamlining IT departments and teams and removing costs; vendor management; delivering programmes and projects to agreed quality, time and budget; defining and implementing change and improvement processes, and supplier management and outsourcing arrangements.
Frank Steggall
Frank is a passionate and self-motivated business professional with considerable breadth and depth of knowledge and experience gained across many different business environments, organisations and industries. Frank has held senior sales advisory roles ranging from global technology and marketing companies through to independent business ventures including operational advisor to a music academy and cultural centre. Frank is a qualified Dale Carnegie coach and is currently the Managing Director of Artem, one of the leading special effects companies in the UK.
Frank’s specialities include leading multi-million pound sales strategies and engagements, enterprise account and sales management, bid negotiation, business operations, partner management, trading agreements, financial management, personal, development and leadership training.
